Camp nights or camp frights?
Every sleepaway camp promises memories that last a lifetime. But the memories from Camp Red Moon might give you nightmares!
The campfire appears to dim when the moon turns blood red and strange creatures prowl the forest.
Do you find a total lookalike at camp? Is it coincidence or is he a shapeshifter trying to take over your life?
Why don’t your competitors at the robotics competition seem exactly…human?
And why do campers do anything to avoid Cabin 6?
The master of the scary story, R.L. Stine, has handpicked a staff of storytelling counselors – Dan Poblocki, Ellen Oh, and Justin Reynolds – to help him tell the creepy campfire stories that swirl around Camp Red Moon.
No matter how bright the campfire, get ready for some CHILLS!
Camp Red Moon by R. L. Stine. Narrated by a full cast. Produced by Audible Originals, October 2019. Run time is 4 hours 32 minutes.
This was just a fun, middle grade horror anthology of a few different stories that all take place at the same creeptastic camp. I had so much fun listening to this one. If you just like entertaining light horror or you know someone who likes to read middle grade books, this is a good one to recommend!
We had creatures familiar and odd. We had crazy invasions and ghosts! Just fun. Also, I just want to say how much I enjoyed that R. L. Stine himself narrated one of the stories! Just cool! Very quick, very entertaining. There was just one of the 4 stories that was kinda meh… but yeah… over all this was just good, clean entertainment!
The full cast narration was just perfect. It really felt like I was in the camp myself! Perfect!
